It was almost closing time on a Saturday of a holiday weekend and I had 2 tires that needed replacing. Had hit a pot hole. They couldn’t of been nicer and so helpful.. They right away said they would help me and replace the tires. The car was unsafe for me to drive. So thankful for the help.

Not only was the Costner service amazing, they took the time to listen to my concerns and took the timw and effort to do so and the process was smooth. I came here from work after having an incomplete experience at Lia Jeep that eroded trust. I’m happy that I came to pepboya and the issue found and fixed within a reasonable time (with no fluff!)

I brought my 2016 Challenger in for a Wheel Alignment, Balance and rotation. I asked them to be careful with my rims. Not even a scratch on them. I respect them for Respecting me as a customer and taking care of my car. I know its not much, but for me, it is the little things that matter. I will definitely be heading back there for other work when needed.

I cannot say enough good things about Pep Boys in Albany. Every single time I bring my Land Rover here, whether it has been a few months or a few years, it is usually because I have let a relatively simple problem go on for far too long, and it has turned into something much bigger, more expensive, and more stressful than it ever needed to be. My car is not easy to work on. A lot of mechanics either will not touch a Land Rover, or they say they can fix it, charge me full price, and then I end up having to pay someone else to redo the same major repair shortly afterward. I have experienced that with things like my alternator, radiator, and battery. That has never happened to me at Pep Boys. Their work has always been high-quality, reliable, and lasting. They are honest, fair, and willing to work with me on pricing instead of making an already stressful situation feel even worse. Most recently, Firestone quoted me around $700 for front brakes and rotors. Pep Boys completed the repair for $443 (including website coupons)—and on a Land Rover, that felt almost unbelievable. Update: Went for an oil change that I scheduled online, got to the location and the guy had zero customer service, told me it was cancelled (I scheduled it an hour prior, as I live a half hour away, and clicked the button that said to text me any updates). I received no texts cancelling it what so ever. People make the appointments online as it shows the availability. Make sure you verify your appointment if you make one (which you shouldn’t have to do). This location is really a hit or miss customer service wise. Needed same day service on my brakes, Pep Boys provided that along with great customer service from walk in to walk out. The person at the counter whom helped me, Marley was wonderful.
